It is mandatory to travel with your plane or return ticket out of the country.
We recommend that you always travel with a photocopy of your passport. Should you loose the original, the formalities to obtain a new one will be easier.

Airport taxes:

Upon leaving the country, you will have to pay an airport tax of $35. The tax is paid at a special counter other than the registration one, that is easy to find. You can pay in colons, dollars or with a credit card.
